How did your RPG over Skype go? Our Accidental Survivors Actual Play™ episode went rather well, I thought, and it's something that I would explore again down the road.

I'm enjoying Wapcaplets, and we've mentioned it a couple of times on our podcast. It would be great to meet up some time, perhaps at Battlegrounds. I'm only 45 minutes away, or so, in Kitchener.

Keep up the good work!

Rob.

I had downloaded Skype last year sometime, thinking it would be a good way to play with some friends across the country, though I never got around to trying it. How does it play? I, too, would like to hear how everything went.

A few questions:
How many people can it support in a conference-style call? Is this the way you played with it?

Does everyone have an open channel to talk, or is it walkie-talkie, push to talk style? How well does it handle if everyone is talking at once?

You can talk privately with just one person, if you wish, right?

Thanks!

Hello Chris,

I just discovered Skype a few weeks ago and I like it very much for VoIP converservion with a friend of mine who live in NZ. Never thought using it the way you described. It's a great idea and I would love to hear some of the results.
